Throughout the programme, the air was rent with slogans against this an unconstitutional “black law” as a threat to the secular ethos of Indian democracy in the 71st year of the republic.

Both CAA and NRC are the pressing need of the hour. We have to secure our borders and identify and deport the illegal immigrants. All the debates and protests are orchestered by the same band of rogues and anti nationals who have made merry all these years through their vote bank politics.

Religion cannot be a criterion on affairs of a secular state. The Act does not make it easier for people from six religions of three neighbouring states but it makes it easier for illegal immigrants who have entered before 2014. Your question no.1 is incorrect.

I stand with CAA and NRC with this NRC act national will be much secured from illegal activities & from mass immigration by Pakistan and Bangladesh. I do support CAA this act shelters people from PAK, BNG ,AFG who has faced religious persecution by radical islam.

It is step towards right direction. More over now govt should take step to implement universal civil code too.

It is unconstitutional in the sense that it changes the standard definition or method by which citizenship is determined. There's nothing wrong in the protests against this Bill. Also, providing asylum to religious minorities is not such an urgent and burning issue for the Indian govt currently. There are several domestic issues that need immediate attention.

There is a lot of misinformation being spread by politicians. CAA and NRC are not the demons they are being made out to be. Most of those joining the protests are doing so either due to lack of trust in the present government or due to political reasons.

CAA waa very much required and as for the protests are politically motivated using left leaning students and tukde tukde gang .
